* Key Responsibilities
Recruitment: Drive end-to-end talent acquisition with a focus on hiring talent for the finance industry.
HR Operations: Learn and manage internal HR operations, including UAE visa processing and employee insurance administration.
Process Alignment: Work in line with international HR and compliance standards across cross-border teams.
* Requirements
Proven recruitment skills (finance domain experience strongly preferred).
Sharp individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Work Mode: On-site (Jaipur).
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
