About the Role
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into customers through phone and virtual consultations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client requirements and close high-value sales opportunities.
This role has a direct impact on business growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultation and strategy calls with prospective clients through phone or virtual meetings
- Understand customer requirements, challenges, and business goals
- Present suitable solutions aligned with customer needs
- Handle objections confidently and provide effective solutions
- Convert qualified leads into customers
- Maintain CRM records and update sales reports regularly
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in high-ticket sales, consultative sales, or related roles
- Experience in coaching, agency, education, training, or service-based industries preferred
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong objection handling and closing capabilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Good interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
