We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal Engineer to prepare techno-commercial proposals for automation and EPC projects. The candidate will work closely with sales, engineering, and vendors to deliver competitive and accurate proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on RFQs and client requirements
- Review tender documents, specifications, and BOQs
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for quotations and technical inputs
- Perform cost estimation and pricing for projects
- Prepare compliance statements and deviations
- Support sales team during bid submission and negotiations
- Maintain proposal documentation and records
- Ensure timely submission of proposals
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in proposal engineering / estimation
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, networking, and field instrumentation
- Familiarity with EPC / industrial automation projects
- Strong skills in Excel and documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automation / process industry
- Exposure to tendering portals and bidding process
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, etc.)
Pay: ₹12,534.03 - ₹48,075.19 per month
