Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and empathetic Student Advisors and Counselors to join the Career Launcher team in Gwalior. The role involves guiding students and parents on the most suitable career and educational paths through personalized counseling and product offerings. You will be the first point of contact for aspirants of CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, CAT, Bank-SSC, and other competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counseling & Advising:
- Interact with students and parents to understand their academic goals and suggest suitable Career Launcher programs.
- Provide accurate information about entrance exams, courses, and career paths.
- Lead Management & Conversion:
- Handle inbound inquiries (walk-ins, calls, website leads).
- Follow up with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Outreach & Engagement:
- Conduct seminars/webinars in schools/colleges.
- Represent the center in education fairs and career events.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure a warm and professional experience for walk-in students and parents.
- Maintain long-term relationships through periodic engagement.
- Reporting:
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
