Job Summary
The US Voice Process Associate will handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers. The role includes customer communication, lead generation, call documentation, and meeting assigned performance standards.
Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.

Communicate with customers clearly over the phone.

Generate leads according to the assigned process.

Meet assigned call, quality, and performance targets.

Record call details and customer information in the CRM.

Follow approved scripts and process guidelines.

Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Follow company policies and quality standards.
Requirements

Good spoken English communication skills.

Ability to communicate clearly with customers over the phone.

Willingness to work during night hours.

Ability to work from the office in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

Previous BPO, customer service, telesales, or voice process experience is an advantage.
Working Hours

Shift timing: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Working days: Monday to Friday

Weekly offs: Saturday and Sunday
Salary

₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.

Performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
