Position: Senior Executive – Accounts
Location: Rai Industrial Area, Sonipat, Haryana
Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head
CTC: ₹3.0– ₹4.0 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Pass day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts in the ERP system.
- Record and verify all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal vouchers, and contra entries.
- Prepare and process E-Invoices, Delivery Challans (DC), and E-Way Bills in compliance with GST regulations.
- Maintain and reconcile General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors, and Vendor Accounts on a regular basis.
- Maintain Purchase Register, Sales Register, and ensure timely accounting of invoices.
- Account for monthly operating expenses, provisions, accruals, and prepaid expenses.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports, expense analysis, and other management reports.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Procurement teams for inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Maintain fixed asset records and support asset capitalization and depreciation accounting.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist internal and statutory auditors by providing required financial records and supporting documents.
- Support implementation and improvement of internal financial controls and accounting processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Journal Entries, Ledger Scrutiny, and Financial Reconciliations.
- Good understanding of TDS, E-Invoicing, and statutory accounting requirements.
- Hands-on experience in ERP-based accounting; SAP S/4HANA experience will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
