We are looking for a results-driven, highly technical GoHighLevel (GHL) Funnel & Automation Specialist who also brings strong hands-on experience in Paid Media (Meta and Google Ads).
In this role, you won't just be building pages, you will be architecting the entire lead-generation engine. You will own the customer journey from the first click on an ad, through the landing page, and all the way through backend CRM nurturing, automation, and tracking. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing math, CRM workflows, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel & Funnel Architecture
- Funnel & Landing Page Building: Design, build, and launch high-converting landing pages and multi-step funnels directly inside GHL.
- Workflow Automation: Create and manage complex GHL automation workflows, pipelines, custom values, and triggers (email/SMS follow-up sequences, appointment scheduling, lead routing).
- System Integrations: Connect GHL with third-party tools via Zapier or native APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- Sub-Account Management: Fully set up, launch, and optimize GHL sub-accounts for various client campaigns.
2. Paid Ads Management (Meta & Google)
- Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage paid traffic campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display).
- Ad Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize bidding, targeting, creative assets, and copy to lower CPL (Cost Per Lead) and maximize ROI.
- Pixel & Conversion Tracking: Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Conversions API (CAPI), and offline conversion tracking within GHL to ensure flawless attribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- GHL Mastery: 2+ years of intensive, daily experience working in GoHighLevel (building funnels, setting up triggers/workflows, managing pipelines).
- Paid Ads Expertise: Proven track record of managing and scaling profitable campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Technical Savvy: Strong familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, domain mapping, and email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC setups).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data from both GHL and ad dashboards to identify bottlenecks (e.g., high CPC, low landing page conversion rates) and fix them.
- Conversion Copywriting: Basic copywriting skills to tweak ad headlines, landing page copy, and email/SMS sequences for maximum engagement.
- Organization: Excellent project management skills with high attention to detail (testing links, mobile responsiveness, and tracking before going live).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
