Fortune MG(Morris Garage) Vyttila is looking for an experienced and dynamic Automobile Sales Trainer to enhance the performance of our dealership sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering sales training programs, coaching sales consultants, improving customer engagement, and ensuring adherence to OEM sales processes. The role focuses on developing high-performing sales teams that consistently achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction training for newly joined Sales Consultants.
- Deliver classroom, on-the-job (OJT), and refresher training programs.
- Coach sales consultants through field observations and live customer interactions.
- Conduct role plays, mock presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis and branch visits.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, audits, and performance tracking.
- Develop training calendars, presentations, manuals, and learning materials.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and Branch Heads to improve team performance.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards and dealership sales processes.
- Prepare monthly training reports, attendance records, and performance improvement plans.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline .
- 3–8 years of experience in automobile sales or dealership training.
- Prior experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Manager in the automobile industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of passenger vehicle sales processes.
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Willingness to travel across dealership locations.
Pay: ₹15,246.68 - ₹48,846.42 per month
