Job Description for Draftsman (Min 2 years experience)
1. The candidate is expected to prepare all architectural construction drawings, services drawings and BOQ's for buildings and masterplan.
2. They must coordinate with all other consultants such as structural, landscaping, HVAC, etc.
3. Collaborating with architects, designers and other team members to submit deliverables on time.
4. Must be well versed with Autocad.
5. They are Expected to make site visits to validate the design Execution.
6.Ability to read, interpret, and prepare AutoCAD drawings is compulsory.
7.Prior site experience is mandatory.
8.Good understanding of construction drawings, layouts, and execution procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
