JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Visit customers and prospects in the assigned area to promote products and services.
· Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits and networking.
· Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
· Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
· Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
· Follow up on inquiries and close sales opportunities.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.

Requirements
· Any Degree
· 1 - 3 years of experience in sales
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
· Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
Daily Activities
· Morning briefing at the showroom.
· Field visits to assigned areas.
· Meeting prospective customers.
· Collecting inquiries and scheduling test drives.
· Evening reporting of leads generated and follow-ups completed.
Skills Required
· Communication and convincing skills.
· Customer handling.
· Sales and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of vehicles and financing options.
· Ability to travel locally.
