Role Overview:
We are looking for LMS Support Executives to provide high-quality academic and technical assistance through emails and calls. The role involves resolving a high volume of academic queries efficiently while ensuring a seamless user experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve ~200 LMS related queries per day via calls and emails on CRM.
Provide accurate academic support related to curriculum, content, and LMS usage.
Assist parents and teachers in navigating LMS dashboards and resolving technical and troubleshooting issues.
Ensure timely and effective query resolution while maintaining quality standards.
Coordinate with internal academic and technical teams for issue escalation.
Maintain proper records of queries and resolutions in the system.
Deliver professional communication at all times.
Ensuring FCR (First Call Resolution).
Mandatory Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong ability to manage high query volumes efficiently.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to digital tools (Ultraviewer, Anydesk)
Prior experience working on ERP systems and LMS platforms.
