- Handle day-to-day Last Mile delivery operations
- Monitor rider performance and productivity
- Ensure timely shipment delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage attendance, roster, and team coordination
- Track delivery exceptions and resolve operational issues
- Maintain process adherence and safety compliance
- Coordinate with hub/DC teams for smooth operations
- Prepare daily operational reports and performance updates
- Support manpower planning and team handling activities
- Ensure SLA and operational targets are achieved
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
