Takshila Institute is a leading coaching institute in Nagpur for JEE, NEET & Foundation courses. We are looking for passionate and energetic Telecallers to join our admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call prospective students and parents from provided data
- Explain courses (JEE/NEET/Foundation), fees & benefits clearly
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Generate and maintain leads in Excel/CRM
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Coordinate with counsellors for student visits
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)
- Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
