Primary Job Function:
. Handling and Monitoring of operation, maintenance and preventive maintenance activities of utility,
facility, and HVAC equipment's/instruments.
. Handling, Monitoring & execution of project activities of utility, facility, premises, and HVAC
equipment's/instruments.
. Support for handling of internal, external & regulatory audits and compliance of audit observations.
. Keeping track of Procurement of utility, facility & HVAC equipment's / instrument consumables &
spares. Support to purchase department for material procurement, receipt, storage & issuance.
- Execution of annual maintenance contract (AMC) of utility, facility, premises, and HVAC
equipment's/instruments.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for the Operation, Maintenance & troubleshooting during shifts at MDC.
a) Central Utility in Ground Floor, B1 and B2 area inclusive of IBR Boiler, ESTP, Chiller, Transformer, Air
Compressor etc.
b) Maintaining environmental conditions and lighting in All Labs on various floors.
c) Maintaining environmental conditions and lighting in Pilot plant, GMP Stores and BMS/EMS
1.Ensure smooth operation of all the equipment /systems in the premises of MDC Equipment's to be operated
and maintained are Central utilities: IBR Boiler, ESTP, Chiller, Transformer, Air Compressor etc. Service
floors: AHU, DAHU, Scrubbers, Dust collectors etc. Services related to all Labs, GMP areas Ensuring.
2. Ensure completion of all PPMs scheduled in the area in a timely manner Preparation of Annual PPM planer
and schedules, review of checklist Ensuring completion of PPM on time and at actual with proper document
completion.
3. Ensure response to issues/complaints on time and resolution of the breakdowns. Attending breakdowns
immediately keeping low downtime. Coordinating for generating the work orders for maintenance and
modification workspaces list from time to time. Checking of Indent PR, PO raised for procuring new material,
and keeping track of the same.
5. Providing support for carrying out Statutory compliance Providing necessary support to EHS team to comply
all the statutory requirements laid down by the governing authorities relating to utilities, and mechanical
installations, e.g. lifting tackles, pressure vessels, electrical rules, PCB rules etc.
6. Ensure GMP compliance
Ensuring to meet the requirement of respective quality standards and to ensure the maintenance of records and
annexure pertaining to various SOPs Compliance to all audit requirements with respect to documentation, Data
availability and records mgmt.
7. Ensure Building and premises are presentable Maintain 55 standards. Keep the area clean and tidy, without
any accumulation of unwanted materials.
8. Ensure effective communication with client and team Providing client Daily report and update of ongoing
activities and escalating emergencies at right time Daily briefing to employees, cascade of information to the
team on the operational deliverables, issues, highlights. Provide information to Users Update the users with
information's related to environmental parameters, equipment maintenance etc. at right time. Provide the users
reports generated relevant to their area.
9. Continuous Improvements Generate and take initiative in generating ideas related to continuous
improvements in energy saving, safety, system improvements etc.
10. Ensure effective reporting as per client requirements Verification of Daily reports, Weekly report, Monthly
reports Any abnormalities observed will be brought to Site Lead, Tech Manager and reporting client's notice
and will be attended immediately.
