We are seeking a highly accomplished Enterprise Solution Architect responsible for conceptualising, designing, and governing end-to-end enterprise technology solutions.
The candidate will work closely with CXO stakeholders or top government officials to drive strategic technology decisions, solution blueprints, and execution roadmaps across complex, multi-domain ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture covering:
- Enterprise applications (COTS & SaaS)
- Custom application development
- Integration layers (APIs, middleware, ESB)
- Data architecture (OLTP, analytics, data lakes, pipelines)
- Infrastructure architecture (datacentre, cloud, hybrid)
- Network and security architecture
- Develop architecture artefacts including:
- HLDs, LLDs, reference architectures, integration blueprints
- Data flow diagrams, process models, and system interaction maps
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF / Zachman)

2. Information, Process & Data Architecture
- Analyse and define:
- Business process workflows (BPMN)
- Data lifecycle and data governance models
- Information architecture across applications
- Ensure seamless data interoperability, lineage, and consistency across systems
Design scalable architectures supporting high-volume transactions and analytics workloads

3. Technology Landscape Ownership
- Lead architecture across:
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) & DevSecOps pipelines
- Application Maintenance Services (AMS) transformation
- Cloud & datacentre build (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, hybrid cloud)
- Enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and compliance architecture
- Evaluate and select technologies ensuring performance, scalability, resilience, and cost optimisation
4. Stakeholder Engagement & CXO Interaction
- Engage with CIO / CTO / CEO / CXO stakeholders to:
- Articulate architecture vision and transformation roadmap
- Present solution strategies, trade-offs, and value propositions
- Deliver persona-based communication , tailoring messaging to:
- Business leadership (value & outcomes)
- IT teams (technical depth)
- Operations (execution & governance)
5. Designing, Consulting & Solutioning
- Lead solutioning for large deals, RFPs, and transformation programmes
- Conduct:
- Discovery workshops
- Architecture assessments & gap analysis
- Technology due diligence
- Provide thought leadership on emerging trends (Cloud, AI, Platform Engineering, etc.)
6. Governance & Delivery Oversight
- Establish architecture governance models and review boards
- Ensure adherence to:
- Enterprise architecture standards
- Security & regulatory compliance
Mentor teams across architecture domains (application, data, infra)
