Residential Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations, staff coordination, maintenance, vendor management, and resident services at a premium residential property.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily property operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all facilities.
Manage and coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support staff.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Address resident concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Monitor property budgets, expenses, and operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory standards.
Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in residential property management, facility management, hospitality, or operations management.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing staff, vendors, and maintenance operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
