Experience: 1–2 years

✔ Experience in the manufacturing industry
✔ Knowledge of Payroll Processing
✔ HR Administration & Documentation
✔ Industrial Relations (IR)
✔ Familiarity with labor law compliance and employee records
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
Qualification: MBA/PGDM (HR) or equivalent
