- Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and expense reports, ensuring proper documentation for audits and reporting purposes
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, verify payments, raise sales invoices, allocate customer receipts, and follow up on overdue accounts
- Bank and Cash Management: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and process employee expense claims accountancy
- Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and ad hoc reports; support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, communicate with clients and suppliers, handle queries, and assist with audits and compliance tasks
- Software and Data Entry: Enter and reconcile financial transactions in accounting software or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
