Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, customer-oriented Tele-caller to join our travel company. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in handling travel-related inquiries, preparing travel itineraries, assisting with hotel bookings, and maintaining effective follow-ups with clients to ensure a seamless and satisfying travel experience. Candidates must have a background in Tourism and Travel only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel inquiries
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages and itineraries
- Assist clients with hotel bookings, transportation, and other travel arrangements
- Respond to guest queries promptly and professionally
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery
- Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a tele-caller, preferably in the travel industry
- Good knowledge of travel itineraries, destinations, and hotel booking processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in travel agencies or tour operations
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Multilingual skills are an added advantage
