THE ROLE
Own delivery governance across the engineering organization by coordinating multiple projects, maintaining robust reporting across tracks, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies and decisions. This role also requires strong experience in customer expectation management, milestone-based delivery and governing critical projects with tight timelines.
About Kriyadocs
Kriyadocs is a publishing technology company that helps publishers produce and deliver high-quality content faster through an intelligent, automated production platform. As the Engineering function scales, the organisation needs stronger cross-project coordination, delivery governance and reporting discipline across concurrent tracks.
About the role
Kriyadocs is hiring a PMO – Engineering Delivery to bring structure, visibility and momentum to delivery across engineering. This role will coordinate across projects and workstreams, ensure governance cadences are followed, and provide reliable reporting that enables leadership to act quickly and confidently.
The role is designed for someone who can operate as the central point of coordination across delivery tracks, using tools and dashboards to govern progress, surface risks early, and drive issues to closure. It also requires the ability to work in a customer-facing delivery environment, set clear expectations with customers, and ensure committed timelines are met. This is a leadership-facing role that requires strong judgment, precision and follow-through.
What you'll do
-
Coordinate across multiple engineering projects and workstreams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies and priorities.
-
Establish and run governance cadences across tracks, including weekly reviews, status checkpoints, dependency reviews, risk discussions and escalation forums.
-
Own regular reporting across projects, consolidating updates into clear dashboards, status packs and leadership summaries.
-
Use tools such as Jira, trackers and reporting dashboards to maintain accurate visibility of delivery progress.
-
Track project health across milestones, deliverables, risks, blockers, actions and decisions, and ensure timely follow-through.
-
Govern execution discipline by ensuring teams update plans, close actions, flag variances early and escalate issues with context.
-
Work closely with project owners and delivery stakeholders to ensure customer commitments are realistic, clearly communicated and delivered on time.
-
Support customer expectation management by aligning delivery timelines, surfacing risks proactively and ensuring there are no surprises on project status.
-
Partner with engineering managers, product, QA and other stakeholders to remove blockers and maintain momentum across delivery tracks.
-
Maintain a live view of risks, dependencies and interlocks across projects, and drive preventive action before issues affect commitments.
-
Support leadership reviews with structured reporting, trend analysis and recommendations for intervention where required.
-
Continuously improve PMO practices, reporting standards, operating cadences and tool usage across the Engineering department.
