Job Title: UPS Service Manager(Head)

Job Summary
The UPS Service Manager is responsible for managing the installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and repair of UPS systems. The role includes leading a team of service engineers, ensuring timely customer support, maintaining service quality, achieving service KPIs, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the UPS service team.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Supervise UPS installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Monitor service engineers' performance and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain service reports, AMC records, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team for AMC renewals and service opportunities.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
- Conduct customer visits to maintain strong relationships and improve service quality.
- Prepare weekly and monthly service performance reports.

Qualifications
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in UPS service, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customers.
- Knowledge of three-phase UPS systems and battery technologies.
- Willingness to travel for customer support and site visits.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
