The Sear Craft is a small-batch craft food kitchen in Thiruvananthapuram.
We operate on a pre-order model, every cooking day is planned ahead of time, so your schedule is always known in advance. We are looking for two reliable delivery staff to join our small team. One position is an evening delivery role. The other involves a short morning sourcing run to the hypermarket in addition to evening deliveries. Both roles will be discussed during the interview based on your availability.
Responsibilities
- Pick up prepared food orders from our kitchen and deliver to customers across the city.
- Follow a pre-set delivery list accurately and ensure orders reach customers on time and in good condition.
- For the sourcing role: collect fresh ingredients from the hypermarket every morning as per a given list and handle purchase money responsibly.
- Stay reachable on WhatsApp during working hours for any updates.
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving license
- Own two-wheeler in good working condition
- Good knowledge of Thiruvananthapuram roads and areas
- Punctual, reliable, and honest. We are a small team and trust matters
- Smartphone with WhatsApp
- No prior experience required, freshers with a valid license are welcome to apply
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary of ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 based on role assigned
- Daily fuel allowance based on role
- Fixed schedule communicated in advance every month, not gig-based, income is stable and predictable
