Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in quantity estimation, billing, cost tracking, and preparation of project-related documents. Freshers with knowledge of billing and measurement concepts are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
Assist in preparing client bills and contractor bills.
Verify measurements and maintain measurement sheets.
Support the preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Track project quantities and material consumption.
Assist in cost estimation and budget monitoring.
Maintain project billing records and documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for measurement verification.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure accuracy in billing and quantity calculations.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Billing.
Understanding of construction drawings and measurements.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
