About the Role
Magnate Academy is looking for two dynamic, result-oriented Academic Counselors to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our student enrollment. You will connect with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the right courses to help them achieve their goals.
This role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive, empathetic, and driven by targets, offering a high-earning potential through an aggressive incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management: Effectively manage and engage with a mix of pre-qualified incoming leads and cold calling data.
Student Counseling: Connect with prospective students/parents to understand their educational and career needs and pitch the appropriate Magnate Academy courses.
Sales & Batch Closure: Own the complete sales funnel from the initial call to enrollment, ensuring training batches are filled on time.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily talk-time metrics and monthly/weekly enrollment targets.
Relationship Building: Provide excellent support and build strong rapport with prospects to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
Requirements & Skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate).
Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech Sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Attributes: High energy, resilience against rejection, a quick learner, and a strong hunger for financial growth.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Sheets is a plus.
