Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team at Bizpro Compliance Services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills, a passion for client relationship management, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, generating leads, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and following up regularly.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and emerging business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable compliance solutions based on their business needs.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Present Bizpro Compliance Services' portfolio of compliance solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
- Identify new markets and business segments for expansion.
- Provide valuable market insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and business processes.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversions, and revenue achievements.
- Continuously improve sales techniques based on performance analysis and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Telemarketing, or Client Relationship Management will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
