Job Description – E-Commerce Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive with at least 1 year of experience in managing online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart seller platforms, product listings, ASIN management, catalog handling, and day-to-day marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Handle product catalog management, including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing.
- Generate and manage ASINs and ensure accurate product mapping.
- Monitor listing health and resolve listing-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, inventory updates, and order processing.
- Track marketplace performance and optimize listings for better visibility and conversions.
- Manage inventory synchronization and stock updates across platforms.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and marketplace support tickets when required.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce Marketplace Management.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience in Product Listing, Catalog Management, and ASIN Creation/Management.
- Understanding of inventory management and order processing.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
- Experience with bulk uploads and catalog troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with advertising/promotional tools on marketplaces is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
