The Resilient Mind (TRM) is an innovative resilience and emotional intelligence training system designed to help individuals strengthen self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, interpersonal effectiveness, and overall psychological well-being.
Over the past several years, TRM has evolved into a unique learning experience that combines experiential group learning, gamification, microlearning, mentoring, peer accountability, and technology-assisted support. Preliminary pilot results have demonstrated an average improvement of approximately 18% in participant resilience and emotional intelligence outcomes.
We are now seeking a Master’s or PhD-level Psychologist or Sociologist to join our product development team and help us continue improving participant outcomes, engagement, and long-term impact.
About the TRM Experience
Participants engage in a structured 10-week resilience and emotional intelligence training program.
Each week participants:
- Attend a 90-minute facilitated group-based game and experiential learning session.
- Receive two microlearning lessons through the TRM mobile app.
- Access a growing library of resilience and emotional intelligence resources.
- Participate in goal setting, reflection, and accountability activities.
- Learn practical skills for emotional regulation, relationship development, self-awareness, and stress reduction.
The TRM app provides ongoing reinforcement through educational content, exercises, progress tracking, mentoring support, and tools designed to help participants continue practicing and strengthening resilience skills long after the formal program ends.

Your Role
As part of the TRM Product Development Team, you will help:
- Review and strengthen program content.
- Enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.
- Improve assessment and measurement tools.
- Contribute to curriculum development.
- Evaluate participant feedback and pilot data.
- Help refine app-based learning experiences.
- Assist in the development of future TRM versions and advanced training programs.
- Contribute to research and validation efforts.
Most importantly, you will help us answer a critical question:
How can we help participants achieve even greater gains in resilience and emotional intelligence than the current average improvement of 18%?

WORK HOURS & REMUNERATION:
This position begins at a very small level of participation to ensure that the fit exists between both parties. The starting salary is $15 Canadian per hours and work for 5 hours per week.
There is potential to Increase hours and salary.
