Job Summary
Venu Life Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a capable and hands-on Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to manage the company’s online marketplaces, digital marketing activities, advertising campaigns, creative material and related digital operations.
The candidate should be comfortable working independently across e-commerce portals, social media, digital advertising and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Marketplace Management
- Manage the company’s presence on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other online marketplaces.
- Create, update and optimise product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and catalogue information.
- Handle seller portals, inventory updates, order flow, returns, claims, promotions and marketplace-related issues.
- Monitor account health, listing performance and marketplace compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, pricing, dispatch and product information.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities across social media, search engines, marketplaces and other digital platforms.
- Manage social media pages, content calendars and regular posting.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, customer engagement, traffic, leads and conversions.
- Prepare periodic reports on digital marketing and e-commerce performance.
Graphic Design and Creative Material
- Design marketing materials such as social media posts, product creatives, banners, advertisements, brochures and marketplace images.
- Create and modify product images and digital content according to platform requirements.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital and marketing material.
- Coordinate the creation of videos, reels and other promotional content where required.
Online Resources and Digital Operations
- Manage online resources, digital files, product data and marketing assets.
- Maintain proper workflows for product launches, listings, campaigns and online sales activities.
- Coordinate with website developers, advertising agencies, photographers and other external service providers where required.
- Identify and implement improvements in online systems, customer journey and digital processes.
Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub or similar marketplace portals.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing and paid advertising.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar software.
- Good understanding of product listings, online cataloguing and e-commerce operations.
- Ability to analyse campaign and sales performance.
- Good written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, marketplace management or graphic design.
- Experience with consumer products, baby-care products, personal-care products or FMCG products will be preferred.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, marketplace advertising and website management will be an advantage.
Experience
1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers with strong practical skills, relevant certifications and a good portfolio may also apply.
