We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, results-oriented, and experienced in driving measurable growth through performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs including ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, attribution tools, etc.)
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies
- Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year Experience as Performance Marketer
- Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and attribution models
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable ROI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or affiliate marketing
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools
- Experience in fast-paced startup or growth environments
