Salary: 30000 + incentives
Requirements:
- Graduate with min. 2 years of experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PPT) & excellent English communication.
- Presentable, confident, and open to travel.
- Basic knowledge of Training & Development (L&D).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV to ensure SOP compliance and report deviations.
- Maintain service centre ambience, branding, and cleanliness.
- Audit staff grooming, uniforms, and customer service etiquettes.
- Train, onboard, and mentor new team members.
- Conduct surprise audits and implement corrective action plans (CAPA).
- Coordinate festive decor, branding events, and vendor management.
