Sales Executive – Sarvada Homes (Apartment Sales)
A Sales Executive at Sarvada Homes is responsible for promoting and selling residential flats, guiding prospective buyers through the entire home-buying process, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Contact and follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Generate new leads through marketing campaigns, property exhibitions, and networking activities.
- Maintain a database of customer inquiries and interactions.
2. Property Presentation
- Explain project features, apartment layouts, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and location advantages.
- Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers.
- Address customer queries and provide detailed project information.
3. Sales Conversion
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flats.
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms within company guidelines.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Assist customers throughout the booking, documentation, and registration process.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
5. Documentation & Coordination
- Prepare booking forms and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and customer support teams for loan processing and registration formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications.
6. Market Research
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Required Skills:

Desired Qualifications:

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Job Objective:
To maximize apartment sales for Sarvada Homes by identifying potential buyers, showcasing project benefits, providing exceptional customer service, and successfully closing property transactions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
