About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives for our growing real estate consultancy and marketing company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client handling, and the ability to close deals in the residential and commercial real estate segment.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage self-generated and company-provided leads through calls, references, digital platforms and site visits
- Conduct professional client meetings and property presentations
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective buyers
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to drive conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals - Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners and customers
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing in Rajarhat, New Town and nearby areas - Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the booking process
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and post-sales support
- Participate in promotional activities, events and lead generation campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or real estate preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable personality and professional attitude - Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
- Two-wheeler preferred
