Job Summary
Transport Wings (Cal) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in domestic logistics and transportation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company's transportation and logistics services, expanding the customer base, strengthening the brand presence, and supporting business growth across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote domestic transportation and logistics services.
- Generate business opportunities from manufacturers, distributors, retailers, e-commerce companies, FMCG, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Prepare company profiles, service presentations, marketing brochures, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Represent the company at logistics exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking events.
- Develop marketing initiatives to promote Full Truck Load (FTL), Part Truck Load (PTL), warehousing, distribution, and last-mile delivery services.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback, and market response to improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in domestic logistics, transportation, supply chain, courier, or warehousing.
- Strong understanding of road transportation, fleet operations, warehousing, distribution, and domestic supply chain management.
