Job Title: AI/ML Trainer Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (On-site / Hybrid) Salary: Up to ₹7,00,000 per annum (7 LPA) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking an energetic and technically proficient AI/ML Trainer to lead training programs, mentor students and working professionals, and deliver practical, project-based instruction in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in core AI/ML tools, hands-on programming skills, and a passion for teaching complex technical concepts with ease. Key Responsibilities * Training Delivery: Conduct live interactive training sessions, workshops, and lab modules covering foundational to advanced AI/ML topics. * Curriculum & Content Development: Design, continuously update, and maintain comprehensive course materials, practical assignments, real-world case studies, and capstone projects. * Hands-on Mentorship: Guide learners through real-time debugging, coding exercises, data processing, model training, and model evaluation techniques. * Performance Evaluation: Create quizzes, assignments, and mock technical assessments to track learner progress and offer constructive feedback. * Tech Stack Upgrades: Keep learning modules aligned with current industry trends, including Generative AI, LLMs, and modern ML frameworks. Qualifications & Technical Skills * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field. * Experience: 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning development or technical instruction/training roles. * Programming Languages: High proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL. * Core Machine Learning: Strong command of supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, neural networks, and Deep Learning basics. * Libraries & Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. * Data Visualization & Analytics: Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or Excel is a plus. * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex algorithms for beginners. Preferred Attributes * Prior experience conducting corporate training or institute-level batches. * Exposure to cloud ML services (AWS Sagemaker / Azure AI) or modern Generative AI tooling (OpenAI API, Hugging Face). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring mindset.
