Job Roles:
- Understanding creative requirements for assigned brands from the Strategy team and creating engaging videos with aesthetic and relevant visuals
- Creating videos from scratch or editing existing videos based on scripts and storyboards by stitching clips/images or adding text, special effects, audio, and other enhancements based on requirements
- Have an eye for creative and design detail, participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual ideas for campaigns and regular content
- Stay updated with the latest social media and design trends, and use that to create engaging content for brands
- Work with the design team to ensure the right illustrations and guidelines are being adhered to in all designs
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with motion graphics, video editing and post production
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop) with a strong grasp over the fundamentals of design (colour, composition, shadows, layout, typography, iconography, etc.)
- Displayed ability to ideate and create visually appealing and engaging video content for social media
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and explain themselves to other team members and work with them towards creative execution
