Job Role We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Email Marketing Executive to manage and execute email campaigns that build customer engagement, generate leads, and strengthen brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Generation (B2B and B2C)
- Design and manage email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs.
- Build and maintain customer segmentation strategies to improve personalization and engagement.
- Create manual email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, layouts, and send times.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing regulations.
- Track email deliverability and optimize inbox placement rates.
- Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in Email Marketing or Digital Marketing
* Manual Layman writing skill for Email
* Hands-on knowledge of Apollo or similar tools
* Strong communication and copywriting skills
* Basic understanding of email automation and analytics
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of CRM platforms
* Understanding of customer journeys and lead nurturing
