Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, email, and other communication channels
- Share accurate information about academic programs, schedules, and admission procedures
- Assist applicants throughout the enrollment and documentation process
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students regarding admission updates
- Update enquiry records and maintain proper documentation of interactions
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth admission-related communication
- Build and maintain professional relationships with students and guardians
- Ensure timely responses to enquiries and maintain service quality standards
- Maintain daily reports and activity records

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and spreadsheets
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to manage follow-ups effectively

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in counselling, admissions, customer service, or telecalling preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
