- Should be able to independently take responsibility of project deliverables.
- Should be able to assist the Project Manager in communicating with customers.
- Should have good oral and written skills.
- Should be able to draft System Requirement Specifications and Details system design documents for projects.
- Should be able to develop and write test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge in eLearning would be an added advantage.
- Should be able to interact with customers to gather requirements in the early stage of projects with the project managers.
- Should be able to assist Project Managers/Solutions Architect in estimations during the pre-sales stage.
