HR Intern – Scottenex Next Gen LLP
Scottenex Next Gen LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, candidate management, interview coordination, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment activities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Support HR documentation and daily HR operations
- Assist in employee engagement activities
- Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's degree (BBA, MBA – HR preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
