We are looking for passionate and creative interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in interior design, project execution, and client coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist the design team in preparing 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
- Create mood boards, material boards, and design concepts.
- Prepare working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D visualizations using SketchUp or similar software.
- Participate in site visits, measurements, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Research materials, furniture, finishes, lighting, and décor products.
- Support project execution and ensure design quality standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Arch, M.Arch, B.Des (Interior Design), M.Des (Interior Design), B.Sc Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design, or a related design program.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD .
- Basic proficiency in SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of space planning, materials, and interior detailing.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
- A portfolio of academic or personal design work is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Vray or other software knowledge is an added advantage.
- Rendering and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
