Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling components accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components according to drawings, instructions, or work orders
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Report any defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Assist in packing and labeling of finished goods if required
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / High School qualification
- Basic understanding of assembly processes and tools
- Ability to read basic drawings or instructions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing or assembly line environment
- Knowledge of quality checks and inspection processes
- Team player with a positive attitude
