At Zegalworks, interns work on real client files from day one. You will draft agreements, file GST registrations, handle company incorporation documents, and sit in on client consultations. This is not a research-and-fetch internship.

What You'll Actually Do
Corporate & Compliance Work
• Assist in company incorporation — Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC — document drafting and MCA filings
• Prepare GST registration applications and support monthly filing process
• Draft and review basic contracts — vendor agreements, NDA, employment contracts, MoUs
• Trademark search, application preparation, and follow-up with IP India
• Handle ROC annual filings — AOC-4, MGT-7 preparation and support
• Research MSME / Udyam, DPIIT Startup India, FSSAI, and other regulatory registrations
Client & Documentation Support
• Prepare client onboarding document checklists and follow up for incomplete submissions
• Draft legal notices, demand letters, and response letters under supervision
• Maintain organised digital filing system — every client file properly documented
• Prepare compliance calendars and deadline reminders for retainer clients
• Support advocate in research for client queries — case law, regulatory updates
