Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic Presales Executives to join our inside sales team. You will be responsible for handling leads, making outbound calls, and qualifying prospective students. This role offers excellent growth opportunities into Career Expert (Admissions Counsellor) roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads
- Handle missed and unattended calls promptly
- Qualify leads and share with the admissions team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Meet daily call targets and follow-up timelines
- Coordinate with team members for smooth lead handling
equirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Degree (pursuing candidates can apply)
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Comfortable with calling and target-based work
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets)
Preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer support
- Experience in education or ed-tech is a plus
