Sales Coordinator
Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order processing, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, Accounts, and Service departments.
- Generate sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards.
- Track pending orders, payments, and customer follow-ups.
- Assist in tender documentation and contract management.
- Ensure accurate data entry in ERP/SAP/CRM systems.
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and customer visits for the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer communications.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
