Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹32,000/month + Performance Bonuses (Uncapped Earnings)
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and target-driven Telecallers to handle outbound calls for the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and delivering excellent customer experiences while consistently meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospective customers to pitch products/services, generate leads, and handle queries.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly KPIs related to calls and conversions.
- Script Handling: Follow call scripts effectively while adapting to customer responses and objections.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Share insights and report progress to the Team Leader regularly.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales/telecalling (US market preferred; inbound + outbound).
- Communication Skills: Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent and strong persuasion skills.
- Sales Mindset: Ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, and remote software (e.g., AnyDesk).
- Availability: Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM IST).
