Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Platform Administrator with expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms. The ideal candidate will manage platform administration, configure workflows, optimize service operations, and support enterprise-wide automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise ITSM platforms.
- Configure workflows, service catalogs, SLAs, and user roles.
- Manage platform governance, reporting, and dashboards.
- Implement API integrations and business process automation.
- Support ITIL-based service management processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of enterprise application/platform administration experience.
- 4+ years of experience with ITSM or Service Management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of:
- Xurrent (4me)
- HaloPSA
- ServiceNow
- Jira Service Management
- Ivanti
- Freshservice
- ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus
- Strong knowledge of:
- ITIL Service Management
- Workflow Configuration
