Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / BE / MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Executive – SCM (Store) to manage overall store and warehouse operations efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, material movement, documentation, dispatch coordination, and ensuring smooth SCM operations within the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Material Management
- Handle inward and outward movement of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods
- Ensure proper GRN preparation, material verification, and documentation
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices for inventory management
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for smooth material flow
Inventory Control
- Monitor daily stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy
- Conduct stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and physical verification
- Analyze slow-moving, non-moving, and excess inventory
- Minimize inventory discrepancies and material losses
Dispatch & Logistics
- Plan and coordinate dispatch activities as per delivery schedules
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, invoice, and challan documentation
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries
ERP & Documentation
- Maintain all store transactions in ERP/SAP systems
- Prepare stock reports, MIS reports, and inventory records
- Ensure proper documentation compliance and audit readiness
Team Management
- Supervise store operators and warehouse staff
- Allocate daily work and monitor team productivity
- Maintain discipline, safety, and operational efficiency within the store area
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Implement 5S and warehouse improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies
- Support cost reduction and inventory optimization activities
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management
- Experience in ERP/SAP operations
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Reports)
- Understanding of dispatch and logistics coordination
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in plastic manufacturing or packaging industry is mandatory
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of SCM processes and store operations
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional departments
