Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator – Architecture & Structure with 10+ years of experience to lead BIM coordination for multidisciplinary building projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Architectural and Structural BIM modeling, clash detection, coordination, and project delivery using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Experience in Gulf/International projects is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural and Structural BIM coordination across multidisciplinary projects.
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, structural, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), client standards, and project requirements.
- Review BIM models for quality, constructability, and compliance with LOD 400 & LOD 500.
- Oversee the preparation of coordinated Shop Drawings, GA Drawings, Construction Drawings, and As-Built Models.
- Manage BIM deliverables, model version control, and project documentation.
- Mentor and supervise BIM Modelers and Junior Coordinators.
- Participate in coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture & Structure.
- Strong experience with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in Architectural & Structural BIM projects.
- Mandatory experience working on LOD 400 & LOD 500 projects.
- Strong expertise in Clash Detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Experience in Revit Family Creation and Family Management.
- Experience preparing Shop Drawings, GA Drawings, Construction Documentation, and As-Built Models.
- Experience working on Gulf/International projects is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
