Techgate Solutions is a B2B software company providing web-based solutions specifically designed for manufacturing businesses. We help factories and manufacturing companies streamline their digital operations through our specialized technical products and services.
Your Role
- Client Communication: Clearly explain our technical IT products and services to both new and existing clients.
- Support & Operations: Manage data collection, client onboarding, and general back-office support.
- Training: Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
Requirements
- Education: BE degree (any stream).
- Languages: Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Experience: Prior experience of 1–3 years is a plus, but we are happy to hire freshers.
- Location: Must be living in Vadodara. Please note this is an office-based role (no work-from-home options).
- Age: 30 years or younger.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
