ey Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage construction materials, equipment, and labor resources.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project documentation.
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (depending on the project).
- 1–5 years of relevant site engineering experience (entry-level positions may accept fresh graduates).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera is an advantage.
- Understanding of local building codes and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹22,780.54 - ₹30,003.80 per month
